Rescue have recently submitted our response to DEFRA’s consultation: “Health and Harmony: the future for food, farming and the environment in a Green Brexit“.
Rescue have strongly argued the case for the historic environment in post-Brexit agricultural policy: we urge the government to take this opportunity to move forward with an integrated approach to the potential environmental benefits of a new system that fully recognises the significance of the historic environment and, with better funding, rewards protection and
enhancement of our heritage.
